Suburban Studios Fort Myers Cape Coral

Sherri checked me in with kindness, efficiency, thoroughness, and with knowledgeable answers to my questions about the property and the surrounding area. The room was bigger and more comfortable than what I was anticipating from the pictures; it was well stocked with towels and very clean. The TV and air conditioner were in excellent working order. The pool was also a great bonus for the property, and I very much appreciated them allowing me to enjoy it after checking out because I had time to kill before heading to my golf round. If you know what you're paying for by coming here, you'll be pleasantly surprised with your expectations being surpassed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful (I borrowed a phone charger). In fact, within 10 minutes of being in our room, the lady called to ask us if everything was OK.I would stay again.

Needed a place to stay while visiting my daughter to celebrate her 25th birthday. This hotel was close by and convenient very clean and quiet.

I enjoyed everything. I just didn’t get my 50$ deposit back!!!!

Everything was good except the bathtub was very noisy and the floor was moving But other than that the room was clean and it worked out
